I keep getting these notes, sometimes automated, and sometimes not, from people asking me to blog about the Memcached Tutorial next week.

What is the problem?

It is sold out, and I have a good list of folks who want me to sneak them in already. I'd say there was space under the podium, but that gives me flashbacks to "Police Academy" films.

Maybe see if dormando wants to stand there while giving his half of the presentation?

I'll stick t the wireless microphone.

Anyways, I keep smiling each time I see the requests, knowing that few of them read the reports on how the conference is going (and props to Jay Pipes who has to constantly deal with people who aren't reading what he is writing).

Jay has far more patience then myself.

Still, if I blog about it, is that the key to getting people to stop asking me to blog about it?

You're not live streaming the session? (I can help you do that.....)

I can video the presentation; I'm not signed up for it, but I can video it without being there, and the video camera doesn't take up a chair.....

What's the frequency for the wireless mic? Bring your scanner and hang out in the parking lot.

(Brian, you might want to mention your libmemcached talk, this fall, Tuesday 5 Aug 11:30 - 12:30 at LinuxWorld Conference and Expo in San Francisco. For those who want to sneak in, there will be free passes to the conference sessions for volunteers at the dot-org booths.)
