Seattle did a contests a few years back with people making "pigs". Many of the pigs are scattered around the city (these looked new, so I am wondering if people are making new ones).

Hrm...I should look into whether there's a "Pig Tour" guide. :) I've seen several but not those you've posted, also. I'm going to e-mail Seattle tourism to find out...will keep you posted if I hear anything.
