Tree Trimming

Today is tree trimming day!

(ok, not me trimming the day... still can't walk that much). The
climbing they did to cut off the dead branches looked like fun.

The two photos were shot from a third story window (most of the
clipping was in the canopy above the window).

Though I live in the middle of Seattle, aka in the city, I still have
eight trees which are over 50 feet in height :)

The one that you see in the picture is one of the largest. It has
branches that stretch out over my house, and the houses across the
street. It pretty much shades most of the road. It is big :)

Hmm... something must be in the air. Today i filled our 96 gallon yardwaste container (well packed) with the blackberry brambles that were attempting to overrun our driveway and the neighbor's little house.

Gloves sure would have made it a more pleasant experience.

I still like my handyman, with one addition. He seems incapable of finishing a job all at once lately. He's super booked and I think he's fitting me in between larger projects. However when he did the more major work on my place he came every day until it was done. If you call him I'd suggest asking if he could start it when he's ready to work on it every day until its completion. (Except for weekends of course.)
