Dear Lazy Web, content hang?

Hi!

What do you call it when your content that you are streaming from YouTube, or similar sites, lags in the good parts?

Forcing you to hit pause and wait till the little red bar gives you the ok that there is enough data so that this annoyance will not happen again?

Thanks!

"Content hang" sounds good. :)

Me, I tend to want to cache all of anything from those sites and then play all of it when it's finally all on my machine.

Then, if it's particularly good, I save it via VideoDownloader. :)

Well, there's the ever-popular "lag", which is just one syllable. But that's probably not specific enough, right? :)

I think the name should be called "V-Lag" , "v-lag", "VLag", or "vlag". Now if people start using that remember where you heard it first!
