not been seen in over a year and no one has been able to contact them.
The bike is as far as I am concerned been abandoned.
I have now offered this bike to three different people... no one
wants it.
I put it on the side of my house on the alley side for three days.
No one stole it.
I put it in front of my house last night.
It was put back up in my yard.
Tonight I put it near the alley entrance and leaned it up against a
pole.
I live in Capital Hill, tens of thousands of bikes are stolen here
every year.
Ok, the tires aren't really filled so someone can not just ride off
on it, and it is the middle of the winter.
What does it take to get a bike stolen?
And no don't tell me to Freecycle it.
Its the principle here that is at stake!
