Had been going every Sunday morning after hitting the outdoor market, but less often now that I'm heading downtown during that slot. I'll probably settle into a pattern of alternating between the two activities.

I rather like the one hot chocolate that they serve. It is the best in Seattle.

30 was when my knees went for running. Even dancing sometimes gives me issue with my left knee (always feels like it will fall out).
